Job summary

Phillip Jeffries Ltd in Fairfield, NJ is seeking a Temporary Picker/ Packer for a four-month, part-time role (20 hours/week) on the Monday–Friday 10:30am–7:30pm shift.

You will pick and pack samples, meet daily SLAs, keep a tidy workspace, and support fulfillment operations. Prior experience in fulfillment centers or with order pickers/reach trucks is a plus; forklift experience helps. Compensation is $19.25 per hour.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

We are currently accepting applications for a Temporary Picker / Packer to join our team on the Monday through Friday 10:30am-7:30pm shift at our Fairfield, NJ headquarters.

What you will be doing

• Pick, pack, and process samples with accuracy to meet daily production and delivery expectations.
• Meet and exceed SLAs by following efficient workflows, identifying process improvements, and supporting overall fulfillment performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace that meets company standards and is always ready for internal tours or inspections.

What You Bring to the Table

• Previous experience in fulfillment centers a plus
• Previous experience with order picker and reach trucks a plus
• Fork lift experience is a plus

Compensation

This is a four‑month temporary, part‑time position scheduled for 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The role is based at our Fairfield, NJ headquarters and offers a pay rate of $19.25 per hour.
