Randstad USA is seeking reliable Warehouse Associates for our Newark, CA facility. The role focuses on accurate order processing, packing, and timely shipment handling in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts are 5:15 AM - 1:45 PM (first shift) with a possible OT. Education requirement is a High School diploma. This temp-to-hire position includes a diverse benefits package and opportunities for growth at Randstad.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Order Processing: Accurately audit, assemble, and pack packages for inbound & outbound shipment.

Requirements & Physical Demands

• Lifting & Stamina: Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours.
• Communication: Clear communication skills to work effectively with team leads and peers.
• Safety Awareness: Greatcommitment to workplace safety guidelines.

The essential functions of this role include

• manual lifting up to 35lbs
