Job summary

Randstad USA is hiring for physically demanding loader/unloader roles in Riverside, CA. You will perform high-volume manual loading/unloading of freight, and use pallet jacks and hand trucks to move materials in a dock setting.

Location is Riverside, CA with early shift hours. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and collaboration with dock teams to meet daily throughput targets. Training and competitive compensation are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform heavy lifting and long periods of standing.
• Able to operate manual and powered pallet handling equipment safely.
• Maintain accuracy in shipment quantities and damage checks.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight and containerized cargo with efficiency.

Your responsibilities:

• Perform continuous, high-volume manual loading and unloading of freight, goods, and containerized cargo from various vehicles with efficiency and precision.
• Operate essential manual and powered material handling equipment, specifically pallet jacks and hand trucks, to quickly move and stage materials within the dock area.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail by verifying shipment quantities, identifying damages, and ensuring all material stacking adheres to strict safety and integrity standards.
• Actively comply with all safety regulations, prioritizing the use of correct lifting techniques throughout the entire shift to maintain personal health and team security.
• Collaborate effectively with dock supervisors and receiving teams to achieve daily throughput targets and maintain smooth operational flow.

Location: Riverside, CA

Work hours: 05:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Dress code:

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
