Job summary

Randstad USA in Puyallup, WA is hiring a Picker/Packer to safely prep, bundle, and stage premium metal building components on the warehouse floor using scanners and pick lists.

You will inspect panels for defects, wrap and stack on pallets, verify contents against orders, and apply shipping labels. No degree required; 0 years experience, first shift, 7 AM to 3 PM; pay $20.99–$21 per hour.

• Verify contents against customer sheets, weigh outgoing packages, and attach correct barcodes or shipping labels.

Navigate the warehouse floor using digital scanners and pick lists to locate metal panels, flashing components, screws, and accessories.

Thoroughly check panels and parts for paint scratches, dents, manufacturing defects, and dimensional accuracy before packing.

Stack, band, and palletize metal products using heavy strapping, stretch wrap, and edge protectors to prevent transit damage.

Verify order sheets against package contents, record weights, apply shipping barcodes, and stage bundles for loading.

salary: $20.99 - $21 per hour
