Manpower, Inc. is seeking dependable order pickers and packers for our warehouse team in Pennsylvania. The role involves accurately selecting and packing customer orders, using RF scanners and packing materials, and ensuring quality before shipment.

This temp-to-hire position offers 1st shift at $15.00/hr, 2nd shift at $16.00/hr, with weekend shifts at $17.00/hr, and overtime opportunities. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are welcome during recruitment.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for counts and quantities.
• Ability to work well in a team and also independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders using RF scanners, pick lists, carts, and bins.
• Retrieve products from storage locations and deliver to packing stations.
• Verify product accuracy and quantities before packaging.
• Inspect products for quality and report any damaged items.
• Apply labels and ensure proper product identification.
• Pack orders according to customer specifications with appropriate materials.
• Insert packing slips and shipping labels; perform quality checks before shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete adjustment documentation when needed.
• Assist restocking pick locations and monitor inventory supplies.
• Support warehouse operations in multiple areas, including packing and returns processing.

Join Our Warehouse Team!

We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our warehouse operations as Order Pickers & Packers. In this role, you will help ensure customer orders are accurately selected, packed, and prepared for shipment while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

1st & 2nd shift available

Rates-
-1st Shift: $15.00/hr
-2nd Shift: $16.00/hr
-Weekends $17.00/hr

*Temp to hire, overtime, willing to advance within

What You’ll Do

• Pick customer orders using RF scanners, pick lists, carts, and bins.
• Retrieve products from warehouse storage locations and deliver them to packing stations.
• Verify product accuracy and quantities before packaging.
• Inspect products for quality and report any damaged or defective items.
• Apply labels and ensure all products are properly identified.
• Pack orders according to customer specifications using appropriate packaging materials.
• Insert packing slips, protective dunnage, and shipping labels as required.
• Perform quality checks on completed orders before shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete inventory adjustment documentation when needed.
• Assist with restocking pick locations and monitoring inventory supplies.
• Support warehouse operations in multiple areas, including picking, packing, order collation, unloading trailers, and returns processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, picking, packing, fulfillment, or distribution experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
• Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent use of hands for handling products and packaging materials.
• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and twisting.
• Ability to work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving machinery.
• May require climbing stairs and working across multiple warehouse levels.
