Job summary

ManpowerGroup (USA) is seeking a reliable Picker/Packer for a leading logistics provider in Cranbury, NJ. You will move materials, receive and distribute items, and prepare orders for dispatch in a fast-paced warehouse.

The shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. This role offers a consistent weekday schedule, a supportive team, and opportunities to gain experience in warehouse operations and logistics processes.

Qualifications

• Capable of basic data entry and familiarity with handheld computer devices.
• Ability to perform simple math operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment with changing priorities.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
• Receive, store, and distribute materials, equipment, and products within the assigned area.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and prepare them for dispatch.
• Operate handheld scanners and basic manual tools to sort and place materials accurately.
• Participate in maintaining a safe and clean work environment by following safety procedures and general cleaning duties.

Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Picker/Packer to join their team. As a Picker/Packer, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics and distribution team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Cranbury, NJ

Pay Range: $17.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
