Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join a dedicated warehouse team. You will support parts distribution, handling receiving, storing, and order fulfillment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role runs Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm and requires the ability to lift heavy items, maintain quality, and work well with others. Overtime may be available; benefits accrue after eligibility and cross-training across departments is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of picking and packing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.

Our client, a dynamic leader in the production industry, is seeking a Picker/Packerto join their team. You will be part of a dedicated team supporting various operational needs. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:Picker/Packer

Location:Bolingbrook, IL

Pay Range:$21.00/hour

Shift:Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

• Receives and stores car parts for future distribution.
• Picks and packs same parts for distribution to dealers.
• Parts can be as large as a car engine and include car body parts.
• General warehouse functions to include, but not be limited to: picking, packing, receiving, binning, returns processing, loading and unloading.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of picking and packing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong physical stamina and capability to lift heavy items.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members.
• Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.
