Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join a dedicated warehouse team. You will support parts distribution, handling receiving, storing, and order fulfillment with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role runs Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm and requires the ability to lift heavy items, maintain quality, and work well with others. Overtime may be available; benefits accrue after eligibility and cross-training across departments is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of picking and packing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with teammates.
• Willingness to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Receives and stores car parts for future distribution.
• Picks and packs parts for distribution to dealers.
• Parts can be large, including engines and body parts.
• General warehouse tasks: receiving, binning, returns processing, loading/unloading.
