Job summary

ManpowerGroup is hiring a Picker/Packer in Bolingbrook, IL. You will join a production-oriented warehouse, handling receiving, storing, and distribution of car parts with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

This full-time, weekday role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Candidates should have at least two years of picking/packing experience, the ability to lift heavy items, and a collaborative, safety-minded approach.

• Minimum of 2 years of picking and packing experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong physical stamina and capability to lift heavy items.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with team members.

Our client, a dynamic leader in the production industry, is seeking a Picker/Packer to join their team. You will be part of a dedicated team supporting various operational needs. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Picker/Packer

Location: Bolingbrook, IL

Pay Range: $21.00/hour

Shift: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

What's the Job?

Receives and stores car parts for future distribution.

Picks and packs same parts for distribution to dealers.

Parts can be as large as a car engine and include car body parts.

General warehouse functions to include, but not be limited to: picking, packing, receiving, binning, returns processing, loading and unloading.
