Position: Pick-up and Delivery Driver

Job Responsibilities

1. Perform safe and legal operation of commercial motor vehicles.
2. Load and unload trailers, move freight across the terminal dock, individually or with assistance, using mechanical handling equipment as required.
3. Record shipment details using bills of lading, delivery receipts, and tally sheets.
4. Maintain records for compliance with regulations.
5. Develop and sustain professional relations with customers.
6. Hook and unhook trailers, including operating landing gear.
7. Inspect equipment for defects and safety compliance.
8. Fuel trucks and tractors.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.
