Job summary

CuraScript SD is hiring for a on-site Pick Packer to support pharmaceutical and medical supply distribution. The role requires accurate order pulling, packing, and shipping using RF units, AS400 and related equipment.

You will stock pack stations and ensure safe handling of items, including refrigerated and non-refrigerated goods. We offer a stable schedule Mon-Fri 11:30-8 pm EST, on-site work, and a bonus eligibility with focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months in a distribution center environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read, write and type English required.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs required.
• Prior experience using handheld RF units preferred.
• Ability to operate power equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pulls order accurately, according to RF unit and order ticket.
• Verifies orders before sending to pack station.
• Manifest cartons using carrier manifest stations and verifying the carton label to the pick-ticket.
• Stack and shrink wrap cartons to specific skids by carrier ship level.
• Packs orders according to order ticket paying attention to items needing extra dunnage, ice, and special instructions.
• Use warehouse equipment, RF units, manifest machines, cherry picker and computer system.
• General housekeeping of warehouse and pack stations.
• Restocking pack stations with shipping supplies (boxes, bubble wrap, paper, air pillows, etc.) return totes and carts to proper areas.
• Ability to speak English is required for this position due to the need to communicate safety rules on the shop floor

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17.75 - 24 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
