Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of CuraScript warehouse experience.
  • Knowledge of inventory management processes and warehouse operations.
  • Experience performing inventory counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, esp. Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication across departments.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily and weekly inventory cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
  • Research and reconcile variances identified during counts or inquiries.
  • Perform stock replenishment to ensure product availability.
  • Manage delivery notifications for controlled substances in line with procedures.
  • Complete inbound receiving double checks for accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Handle product recalls per guidelines and support inventory updates.
  • Process vendor returns accurately and promptly.
  • Oversee waste and disposal in alignment with standards.
  • Operate material handling equipment to move products in the warehouse.
  • Utilize Excel and other applications daily for tracking and reporting.
  • Research and resolve discrepancies with internal departments.

Position Summary

The Operations Representative is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and inventory operations within the CuraScript environment. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely product movement, and effective resolution of discrepancies through cross-functional collaboration. The position requires consistent use of Microsoft Excel and other applications to track, reconcile, and report inventory-related activities.

Position Summary

The Operations Representative is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and inventory operations within the CuraScript environment. This role ensures accurate inventory management, timely product movement, and effective resolution of discrepancies through cross-functional collaboration. The position requires consistent use of Microsoft Excel and other applications to track, reconcile, and report inventory-related activities.

Essential Functions
  • Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts of inventory to maintain accuracy
  • Research and reconcile inventory variances identified during cycle counts or customer inquiries
  • Perform cell stock replenishment to ensure product availability
  • Manage controlled substance delivery notifications in compliance with procedures
  • Complete receiving double checks to confirm accuracy of inbound shipments
  • Partner closely with LMF to support requests and resolve operational issues
  • Handle product recalls in accordance with established guidelines
  • Support item conversions and inventory updates
  • Process vendor returns accurately and in a timely manner
  • Manage waste and disposal processes in alignment with company standards
  • Operate material handling equipment to support product movement within the warehouse
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other applications daily for tracking, reporting, and analysis
  • Collaborate with internal departments to research and resolve discrepancies
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned

6:00AM - 2:30PM EST, Monday - Friday

Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a CuraScript warehouse role
  • Knowledge of inventory management processes and warehouse operations
  • Experience performing inventory counts, reconciliations, and discrepancy resolution
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
  • For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 18 - 27 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
  • This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
