Job summary

The Cigna Group, including Express Scripts by Evernorth Health Services, is hiring Pharmacy Production Clerks to stock, pick, and pack pharmacy prescriptions at the Fairfield, OH location. Successful candidates will demonstrate attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work in a team to ensure accurate shipment of orders.

Responsibilities include dispensing and packing prescriptions, processing orders, and data entry, with a daily shift schedule across two shifts.

Location: Address: 4865 Dixie Hwy, Fairfield, OH 45014

Hours: 2 shifts 6am-2:30 pm Mon-Fri and 2:30-1am Mon-thur

Using a high level of attention to detail, as well as your organization, time management, and problem-solving skills, you’ll help ensure the accuracy of each prescription order for each patient we serve.

Requirements

• Basic math skills.
• General computer skills.
• General computer program knowledge including Microsoft Office and use of the internet and email.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment; willingness to work a flexible schedule when needed.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to speak English is required for this position due to the need to communicate safety rules on the shop floor.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Able to be on your feet for your entire shift

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17.75 - 24 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
