RESCO in Hudson, WI is seeking a reliable Pick & Pack Associate to join our warehouse team. This full-time position supports packing, labeling, inventory data entry, and orderly warehouse operations in a fast paced setting.

The role involves assembling materials, preparing orders, stocking locations, occasional forklift operation, and maintaining accuracy with packing slips and shipping labels. Scheduled Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read, comprehend correspondence and memos; ability to write correspondence.
• Basic mathematical skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects specified number of materials and assembles for each addressee as indicated by a packing slip.
• Places materials in envelopes, boxes, or other containers.
• Produces shipping labels by computerized manifest system for outbound orders.
• Occasional operation of fork truck and pallet truck.
• Examines packages for exactness and conformance to policies.
• Stock shelf locations, bulk picking locations, and supplies locations.
• Records inventory movement.
• Prepares orders by palletizing for truck shipments.
• Maintain filing system for original orders and packing slips.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area.

This position is offered as a Full-time position.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm - no weekends.

SUMMARY:

RESCO Is seeking a self-motivated individual who accepts challenges, provides solutions, and able to multi-task and appreciates opportunities. Assembles and routes various types of material, receiving, entering inventory data, inventory movement, warehouse organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collects specified number of materials and assembles for each addressee as indicated by a packing slip.
• Places materials in envelopes, boxes, or other containers.
• Produces shipping labels by computerized manifest system for outbound custom individual orders and multi location production orders.
• Occasional operation of fork truck and pallet truck.
• Examines packages for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies, procedures and specifications.
• Stock shelf locations, bulk picking locations, and supplies locations.
• Records inventory movement.
• Performs physical inventory counts for verification purposes.
• Prepares orders by palletizing for truck shipments.
• Pulls special orders as requested.
• Maintain filing system for original orders and/or packing slips.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area.
• All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

• High school diploma or GED; one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos; ability to write correspondence.
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

• Standing: 95% of a day
• Seated: 5% of a day
• Bending/Stooping: 25% of a day

• Reaching Overhead: 35% of a day
