RESCO is a third-generation family business based in Hudson, Wisconsin, with another location in River Falls. This Pick & Pack Associate role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with no weekends.

You will assemble materials, create shipping labels, and help maintain inventory in a fast‑paced warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to read and follow instructions are required; occasional forklift/pallet jack operation is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and write correspondence.
• Basic mathematical skills; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble specified quantities of materials and prepare per packing slips.
• Pack materials into envelopes, boxes, or containers and create shipping labels.
• Occasionally operate fork truck and pallet truck.
• Stock shelf locations and record inventory movement.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area and filing system.

This position is offered as a Full-time position.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm - no weekends.

SUMMARY:

RESCO Is seeking a self-motivated individual who accepts challenges, provides solutions, and able to multi-task and appreciates opportunities. Assembles and routes various types of material, receiving, entering inventory data, inventory movement, warehouse organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collects specified number of materials and assembles for each addressee as indicated by a packing slip.
• Places materials in envelopes, boxes, or other containers.
• Produces shipping labels by computerized manifest system for outbound custom individual orders and multi location production orders.
• Occasional operation of fork truck and pallet truck.
• Examines packages for exactness, neatness and conformance to policies, procedures and specifications.
• Stock shelf locations, bulk picking locations, and supplies locations.
• Records inventory movement.
• Performs physical inventory counts for verification purposes.
• Prepares orders by palletizing for truck shipments.
• Pulls special orders as requested.
• Maintain filing system for original orders and/or packing slips.
• Maintain clean, orderly work area.
• All other duties as assigned.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• High school diploma or GED; one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos; ability to write correspondence.
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
