Job summary

Jobandtalent in Brownsburg is hiring for a Pick/Pack associate to support Radial - Indy in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift patterns: Monday–Saturday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with weekend flexibility and 10-hour shifts. Pay rate: 18.50 USD per hour. You will scan, pick, pack and move merchandise, using OPEX and Warehouse Management Systems to keep inventory accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience with picking, scanning and filling orders in a warehouse.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience using hand scanners and warehouse management systems

Responsibilities

• Move merchandise to designated areas for inspection and stocking.
• Scan items against order slips to ensure full order is filled with correct merchandise.
• Accurately pick merchandise from existing stock to fill customer orders.
• Utilize the OPEX machinery system and warehouse management systems to update inventory.
• Assist with packing materials distribution and disposal of empty boxes
