Job&Talent in North Aurora, IL is seeking a reliable Pick/Pack associate to support a fast-paced warehouse and distribution operation. You will retrieve merchandise using RF scanners or voice-to-pick, pack items securely, label shipments, and help with inventory counts.

The role requires the ability to stand, lift 40–50 lbs, meet daily productivity goals, and maintain a clean workstation. Shift is Tuesday to Saturday, 6 PM to 3:30 AM, with pay at 19.00 USD hourly.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve merchandise using RF scanners, pick lists, or voice-to-pick systems with speed and high accuracy.
• Inspect merchandise for damage, pack items securely in shipping containers, and apply accurate shipping labels.
• Monitor stock levels, report damaged or missing inventory, and assist with periodic inventory counts.
• Build, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment according to carrier and customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring packing materials are stocked.

This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution center where you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Shift Patterns

• Tuesday to Saturday 6 PM to 3:30 AM

Pay Rates

• 19.00 USD hourly
