Qualifications

  • Experience with fab tool bring-up and qualification including troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the bring-up and qualification of InP photonics semiconductor fabrication facility.
  • Support the start-up and qualification of fabrication tools for InP-based devices.
  • Develop and optimize process modules for InP-based PICs.
