Taylor Root is recruiting for a Personal Injury Trial/Litigation Attorney opportunity in Chicago, IL. This onsite role offers base compensation of $120,000 to $180,000 plus attorney fees, with a generous PTO policy and 401K with employer match.

Must have prior Personal Injury Attorney experience and be comfortable with various legal documents. Defense experience is welcome for the Litigation Attorney track, but not for Trial.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE - Previous experience as a Personal Injury Attorney
• Familiarity with various legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Open to candidates with defense experience (only for Litigation Attorney position, NOT Trial)
