Qualifications

• J.D. and Texas Bar license are required.
• 5+ personal injury jury trials preferred (plaintiff or defense).
• Strong Texas PI litigation experience end-to-end.
• Demonstrated leadership or mentorship experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4–6 attorneys and their staff, guiding case strategy from pre-litigation through trial or resolution.
• Run regular strategy reviews and mentor junior attorneys on depositions, motions, and trial prep.
• Review pleadings and case evaluations prepared by the team.
