Qualifications

• Must have JD from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of personal injury practice.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, court appearances, and negotiations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for trials, hearings, and meetings.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategies.
• Review and summarize medical records and police reports.
• Prepare pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Maintain case and client records with firm software.
• Manage files and client information with autonomy.
• Interview clients and witnesses for case development.
