The attorney will handle discovery, depositions, negotiations, and motions, with a base compensation starting at $130,000 and opportunities for advancement and bonuses based on experience and performance.

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois.
• Minimum of 2-5 years of personal injury practice.
• Experience with discovery, depositions, court appearances, and negotiations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare for trials, hearings, and meetings.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case strategies.
• Review and summarize medical records and reports.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Maintain case progress and deadlines using legal software.
• Manage client information and files with professional discretion.
• Interview clients and witnesses to gather information.
