Job summary

Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney for our Louisville, KY office. This role requires an active Kentucky Bar license and about 5+ years of legal practice, including personal injury litigation experience.

You will manage a 50+ matter docket, handle discovery, depositions, mediation, and trial prep from filing to resolution. The position offers a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus commission/bonus, and requires primarily in-office work with opportunities

Qualifications

• Active Kentucky Bar license required.
• 5+ years of legal practice preferred.
• 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from filing through settlement or trial.
• Maintain an active litigation caseload of 50+ matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and settlement demands.
• Take and defend depositions; attend mediations, hearings, and court appearances.
• Prepare cases for trial and participate in trial proceedings as needed.
