College Medical Center Phoenix is seeking a Quality Coordinator – Risk Manager to support the Director in leading the organization’s quality improvement program, monitor performance initiatives, and help maintain a culture of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role involves documenting risk-related activities, assisting with chart audits, and collaborating with leadership and clinical teams to enhance patient care outcomes.
Shifts are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

The Quality Coordinator – Risk Manager supports the Director in leading, planning, and implementing the organization’s quality improvement program to enhance patient care outcomes. This role assists in monitoring performance improvement initiatives, identifying and tracking potential risks, and supporting a culture of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the organization. The coordinator helps evaluate program effectiveness, supports the implementation of best practices, and ensures accurate documentation and reporting of risk-related activities. Working collaboratively with leadership and interdisciplinary teams, the role contributes to achieving optimal patient safety and organizational performance outcomes.
Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to relevant years of experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, there may be additional compensation available for CMC Phoenix roles, including but not limited to shift differential and other special pay practices. The posted compensation for the position is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay that CMC Phoenix in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting.
