Responsibilities

• Manage case files from inception to completion, ensuring ethical solutions.
• Provide legal support and guidance while building client relationships.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
• Conduct PIP recorded statements and Examinations Under Oath.
• Promote firm services within the community as needed.
