Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a Pre-Suit Attorney in Jacksonville, Florida to manage pre-litigation work, guide clients, and oversee settlement negotiations in personal injury matters, primarily general liability. Qualifications

• Active FL State Bar member in good standing.
• 1+ years of personal injury experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily.
• Guide clients through the case process.
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents.
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation.
• Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers.
• Focus on personal injury cases, primarily general liability.
• Drive compliance and KPIs among the team.
• Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements.
