Qualifications

• JD degree required and Florida Bar in good standing.
• Two years of legal experience in personal injury or related field.
• Genuine interest in personal injury law and a self-starter attitude.
• Superior oral and written advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle case management from inception to completion and stay informed about current legislation and case law.
• Provide legal guidance to clients and build trustworthy client relationships.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers.
• Cover PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under Oath.
• Market firm services in the community as required.
