Job summary

W3Global's Florida-based personal injury firm seeks a team-oriented Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney in Boynton Beach, FL. The attorney will manage cases from inception to completion, advise clients, negotiate settlements with insurers, and handle PIP statements and examinations under oath.

The ideal candidate holds a JD and Florida Bar, with two years of legal experience and a strong interest in personal injury law. Competitive salary and bonus DOE available in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• JD degree required and Florida Bar in good standing.
• Two years of legal experience in personal injury or related field.
• Genuine interest in personal injury law and a self-starter attitude.
• Superior oral and written advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Market firm services in the community as required.

Our client is seeking a team-oriented Personal Injury Pre-Suit Attorney

Responsibilities

• Handle case management from inception to completion, finding ethical solutions to legal matters and staying informed about any current legislation and case law
• Provide legal support/guidance to clients while building trustworthy client relationships
• Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers
• Cover PIP recorded statements and PIP Examinations Under Oath
• Market firm services in the community and as otherwise required

Requirements

• A JD degree and Florida bar, with no disciplinary or malpractice history
• Two years of legal experience
• A genuine interest in the personal injury field
• A Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior oral and written advocacy skills

$90,000 - $120,000 + Bonus DOE
