Job summary

Sepulveda Sanchez Law is seeking a Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. In this role, you will manage a team of case managers, handle intake, negotiate liens and settlements, and draft demand letters for high-value cases.

You will work closely with the litigation group to prepare cases for trial when necessary and collaborate on strategies to maximize client outcomes. A CA bar admission and 1–2 years PI experience are required.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree required.
• Admitted to practice law in California.
• Minimum 1–2 years of personal injury experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Spanish bilingual a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage team of case managers and assistants for pre-litigation cases.
• Oversee intake specialists and ensure follow-up with potential clients.
• Negotiate liens with medical providers and settlements with insurers.
• Draft demand letters for high-value injury cases.
• Conduct intake meetings and provide legal guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with litigation team to prepare for trial if needed.
• Regularly update clients on case progress and strategy.
• Audit pre-litigation cases and optimize case value.
