Qualifications

• Prior experience in a law firm setting.
• Prior experience in a Plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm setting preferred.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• Experience managing a personal injury litigation caseload independently.
• Experience with case calendaring, filing pleadings, coordinating service, answering and serving discovery, managing records and litigation deadlines and trial preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple active matters in a fast-paced litigation environment.
• Willingness to commute to our Philly office 5 days per week.

• Calendar deadlines, file pleadings, coordinate service, and handle discovery.
• Prepare for trials and manage records across multiple matters.
