Job summary

Jobot in Philadelphia is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join a growing litigation team. You will manage a personal injury docket, calendar deadlines, file pleadings, coordinate service, respond to discovery, and prepare for trial with accuracy and independence.

The ideal candidate has prior PI paralegal experience in a plaintiffs' firm, familiarity with case management, and a paralegal certification if possible.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a law firm setting
• Prior experience in a Plaintiffs' personal injury law firm setting preferred
• Paralegal certification preferred
• Experience managing a personal injury litigation caseload independently
• Experience with case calendaring, filing pleadings, coordinating service, answering and serving discovery, managing records and litigation deadlines and trial preparation
• Ability to manage multiple active matters in a fast-paced litigation environment
• Willingness to commute to our Philly office 5 days per week
