Job summary

Jobot is hiring for a fast-growing personal injury paralegal in Phoenix, AZ. You will support attorneys through the pre-litigation process, gather medical records, and help prepare demand packages while building strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of PI paralegal experience, excellent written and verbal communication, superb organization, and proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office. Spanish bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of personal injury paralegal experience required.
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office applications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support and guidance to injured clients throughout the pre-litigation process.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to gather critical case information.
• Obtain, organize, review, and evaluate medical records and related documentation.
• Assist in preparing cases for demand packages and negotiations.
• Partner closely with assigned attorneys to support case progression and strategy.
• Maintain organized digital and physical case files.
• Ensure accuracy of case documentation and compliance with deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and internal team members.
