Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Plaintiff Personal Injury experience.
• Must have Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation experience. Pre-litigation-only experience will not be considered.
• Notary Public certification is required.
• Familiarity with California court rules and civil procedures for state and federal courts.
• Experience with e-filing in state and federal courts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage a caseload.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• High degree of professionalism.
• Ability to exercise good judgment and consistently meet deadlines.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Experience supporting attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation.

Responsibilities

• Draft and file legal documents as requested by attorneys.
• Propound and respond to discovery requests.
• Prepare default and compromise documentation.
• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys throughout all phases of personal injury litigation.
• Assist with accident and personal injury matters.
• Maintain regular client contact and calendar hearings and deadlines.
• Coordinate trial preparation and witness deposition scheduling.
