Rice & Kendig, LLC, a well-established personal injury law firm in Louisiana, seeks two experienced Litigation Paralegals to join the Shreveport team. If you're organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-moving litigation, we want you.

You will manage all phases of personal injury litigation, draft pleadings and discovery, organize medical records, support attorneys in depositions and trial prep, and maintain case files. Strong writing, communication, and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a litigation paralegal role (PI preferred).
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of personal injury litigation — discovery, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and trial prep materials.
• Organize medical records and case files.
• Support attorneys in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and experts.
• Maintain accurate records in case management systems.
