Rice & Kendig, LLC is seeking two experienced Litigation Paralegals to join our Shreveport team. You will manage all phases of personal injury litigation, draft pleadings and discovery, organize medical records, and support attorneys in depositions and trial preparation.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in a litigation paralegal role (PI preferred), strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a litigation paralegal role, PI preferred.
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Self-starter who can manage multiple cases independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of personal injury litigation - discovery, motions, hearings, trials, and appeals
• Draft pleadings, discovery, and trial prep materials
• Organize medical records and case files
• Support attorneys in depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Communicate professionally with clients, witnesses, and experts
• Maintain accurate records in case management systems
