Job summary

Broussard Knoll Law Firm, a premier Louisiana personal injury firm, seeks experienced Paralegals to join our legal team in an in-person role. You will support attorneys, manage case files and ensure filings and discovery responses meet firm standards, enabling cases to move forward efficiently.

Ideal candidates have paralegal education or certification, strong Louisiana litigation knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a paralegal, preferably in a litigation environment.
• Louisiana personal injury experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of litigation processes and case management.
• Familiarity with Louisiana e-filing systems.
• Proficiency with Dropbox and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus for candidates interested in additional senior-level responsibilities.
• Paralegal education or certification preferred.

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who understands the demands of a fast-paced litigation environment and takes pride in keeping cases organized, accurate and moving forward.

The right person will have a strong understanding of litigation processes, exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. You will play an important role in supporting our attorneys, managing case-related responsibilities and helping ensure filings, demands, discovery responses and other work products meet Broussard Knoll's standards for accuracy, quality and timeliness.

For candidates with significant experience and demonstrated leadership ability, there may also be an opportunity to take on additional senior-level responsibilities, including quality control, file auditing, workflow improvement and mentorship of other members of the paralegal team.

What You Will Do
