Job summary

Boohoff Law in North Port, FL seeks a full-time Case Manager to guide clients through the early stages of personal injury cases. You will communicate with clients, collect medical records, and coordinate with attorneys to move cases forward in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Proven PI experience with at least 2 years handling own caseload.
• Solid grasp of Florida car insurance laws.
• Exceptional communication with attorneys, clients, and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-suit personal injury cases in a fast team setting.
• Talk to clients often and update them on their case progress.
• Request and gather medical bills and records.
• Review case files and track key deadlines.
• Help out with general office tasks as needed.
