Responsibilities include client follow-up, medical record requests, case review, progress monitoring, and performing additional office tasks as needed. A strong communication style and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Personal Injury experience is required.
• Current or Former Bodily Injury or similar insurance adjusters are welcome.
• Strong communication skills, with a pleasant phone manner and good verbal and people skills.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills, with an ability to multitask.
• Functioning well within a team environment with a willingness to take on other responsibilities when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handling pre-suit Personal Injury cases within a team environment.
• Client follow-up, medical record requests, case review, and progress monitoring.
• Taking on other office responsibilities, as needed.
