Job summary

Boohoff Law is seeking a Full-Time Case Manager to guide clients through the early stages of personal injury cases. You will manage pre-suit PI cases, communicate with clients, and help gather medical records and bills to keep cases moving.

The ideal candidate has proven personal injury experience, understands Florida car insurance laws, and communicates clearly with attorneys, clients, and insurers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Proven personal injury experience with at least 2 years managing your own caseload.
• Solid grasp of Florida car insurance laws.
• Exceptional communication with attorneys, clients, and insurers.
• Strong attention to detail and organized systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-suit personal injury cases in a fast team setting.
• Talk to clients often and update them on their case progress.
• Request and gather medical bills and records.
• Review case files and track key deadlines.
• Help out with general office tasks as needed.
