Job summary

Confluent Health is seeking a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma to join our Physical Therapy Central team. The role includes evaluating patients, designing and directing care plans, and using manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to restore function.

Qualifications

• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills required.
• 1 year of outpatient orthopedics experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Graduate from accredited physical therapy program; licensed or eligible in Oklahoma.

Responsibilities

• Review patients' medical history and current condition.
• Apply exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery process and home care.

Compensation

Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 + $10K Signing Bonus

Responsibilities

• Reviewing patients medical history
• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands‑on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
• Educating patients and family members about the recovery process associated with physical therapy

Requirements

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Oklahoma
• ~1 Year Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, new graduates strongly encouraged to apply
• ~ Strong Manual Therapy and Clinical Reasoning Skills.
• ~ Truly enjoys the work of helping others, in an environment that is fun and rewarding.
• Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Program, licensed or eligible for licensure in State of Oklahoma.
