Vantage Health Partners is seeking an Entry Level Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Colorado Springs. This full-time, on-site role supports new graduates and early-career professionals with a welcoming hospital environment and structured mentorship.

The PT will evaluate patients, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to restore mobility and improve quality of life.

Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program required.
• Colorado licensure eligibility or active license preferred.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehab principles.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Physical Therapist in Colorado
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow under mentorship in an entry-level capacity
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
• Prior clinical internship or hands-on patient care experience is a plus
