Qualifications

• DPT degree from an accredited program and ongoing licensure in CO.
• Valid and active Colorado Physical Therapist license.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, biomechanics, and rehabilitation principles.
• Proficiency in EMR documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to determine capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for diverse patients.
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and functional training.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and home programs.
• Document assessments, progress, and outcomes in medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teammates to coordinate care.
• Modify plans based on patient response and evolving needs.
• Maintain compliance with regulations, safety standards, and policies.
