Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records.
• Preferred: Certification in a specialty area such as orthopedics or sports rehabilitation.
• Preferred: Prior experience in an outpatient or hospital-based therapy setting.

Vantage Health Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team in Grand Junction. This full-time, on-site position within the Hospital and Health Care industry offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives through rehabilitation, recovery, and improved mobility. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a range of musculoskeletal, neurological, and functional impairments.
