Job summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory is seeking an Associate Staff member in the ISR Systems and Architectures Group. You will perform analytical studies on DoW missions, build physics-based models, and present findings to senior decision-makers.

Ideal candidates have a strong technical background, the ability to learn rapidly, and excellent communication skills to convey complex results to diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Physics, Mathematics, Aeronautics/Astronautics, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual systems analysis studies of critical DoW missions and new technologies.
• Develop physics- and engineering-based models for sensors, aircraft, satellites, comms, navigation, and data exploitation.
• Prepare and present impact briefings to DoW leaders, government tech experts, and Lincoln Laboratory colleagues.
