Position Summary
The School of Math, Science, and Engineering invites part-time faculty candidates for Lecturer in Physics in the Department of Atmospheric Science, Environmental Science, and Physics. Lecturers teach labs and/or lectures in undergraduate core physics courses including mechanics and/or electricity and magnetism. The department provides support courses in physics for various science disciplines across the campus where physics courses are required. In all matters, faculty are expected to maintain the highest standards of professional ethics consistent with the UIW Mission. Official duties and responsibilities of part-time faculty members at the University include teaching and professional activities as assigned.
Full-Time Faculty Annual Assignment Period

Master’s Degree in PhysicsOR Master’s Degree in an alternate field with 18 graduate semester hours in Physics.
