• Skilled in facilitation, consulting, and relationship building.
• Ability to coach, facilitate and influence across levels.
• Knowledge of consulting processes to lead engagements from inception to conclusion.
• Ability to drive change and overcome inertia in complex settings.

Responsibilities

• Supports Physician Wellness Office and website management.
• Provides analytic support for initiatives with measured impact.
• Coordinates scheduling and communication with wellness groups and committees.
• Works with external wellness consultant to assess and implement improvements.
• Leads cross-functional teams to solve complex organizational issues.
• Partners with executives and department leaders to identify wellness efforts.
• Oversees fiscal reporting for the Physician Wellness Office budget.
• Suggests duty modifications to maximize role efficacy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
