Vascular Surgery Core Privileges include the ability to perform history and physical examination, admit (if applicable to the setting), evaluate, diagnose, consultation, and provide nonsurgical and surgical care to patients of all ages with disease and disorders of the arterial, venous, and lymphatic circulatory systems, excluding the intracranial vessels or heart.
M.D. or D.O. degree.

More education and experience may be required the more advanced the practice becomes.
Applicants must have certification as a Registered Physician Vascular Interpretation (RPVI) offered by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Please provided a copy of certification to the Medical Staff Service Office.
