Job summary

Humana Inc. is expanding our CenterWell Senior Primary Care network and seeks a primary care physician to deliver outpatient care to adult and senior patients in Apopka and surrounding offices. You will join a collaborative team, manage complex conditions, and participate in quality improvement efforts to enhance patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes comprehensive documentation, coordination with specialists, and a commitment to whole-person care with an emphasis on value-based care delivery.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of Florida.
• Board certification or board eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicine.
• Experience in chronic condition management or managing high-acuity geriatric patients.
• Commitment to improving patient experience and outcomes.
• If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.
• Must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone.

We are looking for a primary care physician to join our team working at CenterWell Primary Care clinics based in Apopka and surrounding offices depending on the location needs.

Pay Range

Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $310,000 - $368,500 per year
