We are looking for a primary care physician to join our team working at CenterWell Primary Care clinics based in Apopka and surrounding offices depending on location needs.

You will report to the associate medical director.

• Experience in chronic condition management or managing high-acuity geriatric patients.
• Commitment to improving patient experience and outcomes.
• If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Other Qualifications

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and digital documentation.
• Experience supervising advanced practice providers.

Must be willing to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone.
