WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time, Board Eligible/Board Certified Urologist to join our team and build a practice tailored to your vision. You will join a busy practice with an experienced physician and advanced practice provider in a supportive environment that promotes work-life balance. Practice in our new, state-of-the-art urology office at the Lafayette hospital campus, equipped with modern tools and a welcoming aesthetic.

WHAT WE NEED:

The ideal candidate will prioritize clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and aim to develop strong community and medical staff relationships. Collaboration with existing staff to ensure high-quality patient care is essential.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• Full-time position with flexible scheduling
• Practice at one hospital and clinic, with 2 days/week in clinic and other days in hospital
• Patient volume of approximately 18 patients/day in clinic
• Competitive salary with benefits
• State-of-the-art equipment including digital cystoscopy, ultrasound, Moses 2.0 Technology, digital ureteroscopy, Swiss Lithoclast Trilogy Lithotripter, and other requested tools
• Hospital is a Level III Trauma Center with 17-bed ICU, 27-bed CCU, and 7 operating rooms (including open heart and robotic surgery)
• Call schedule: 7 consecutive days per month, including one weekend; additional calls are optional and compensated
• Practice support staff including an advanced practice provider
